Ketchup is a concentrated product of tomato paste. It is made from mature red tomato by crushing, beating, peeling and seed concentration, canning and sterilization.
The product is bright red paste, with the unique flavor of tomato.
It is widely used in Western food, especially in Chinese cooking.
The ketchup tomato paste filling production line is a new generation of filling machine developed by our company with reference to foreign advanced technology. The machine adopts piston metering, integrates electromechanical and pneumatic, and is controlled by PLC. It has compact structure, reasonable design, accurate filling, stable and reliable operation, high working efficiency and long service life. Ketchup filling machine is widely used for filling all kinds of semi fluid, paste, sauce, ketchup, sesame paste, etc. Ketchup filling machine can be combined with bottle washing machine, tunnel sterilization oven, capping machine, labeling machine and other equipment to form a production line.

3. Filling volume and filling speed are easy to adjust. Changing bottles of different specifications and shapes is easy to adjust without changing parts;

The tomato paste filling machine adopts the volume measurement method, so that the filling accuracy can reach ± 1%, and there is no need to adjust and control the system due to frequent temperature changes. When filling, put the filling head into the bottle, so that the liquid material will not splash out. The filling nozzle rises slowly with the liquid level. The filling head has a special locking device, so that the filling nozzle will not drip after filling.
Automatic servo filling machine with fast cleaning, fast adjustment, volume metering pump action stepless speed regulation, the whole line adopts intelligent control system, adjust the filling quantity, or change varieties only need to set on the touch screen.
Tomato sauce automatic capping machine is mainly used for vacuum capping of three, four and six iron caps of glass wide mouth bottles. Two belts with different speeds are used to press the caps. Because of the different speeds of the two belts, the caps are rubbed and tightened to achieve the purpose of capping. Before automatic capping, blow steam to the bottle mouth to heat it, blow off the cold air, replace it with high-temperature steam, and immediately screw the bottle cap. According to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, when the steam cools down, the vacuum in the bottle will naturally form, achieving the purpose of vacuum capping.
